- Dimensions: we need the length, height, and width, measured in centimetres. For multiple items that are not being packaged together, this information is required for each item.
- Weight: total weight of the shipment in kilograms.
- Item type: for example, is it a pallet, a crate, a skid, or a long length.
- Collection: what time the goods will be available for collection.
- Delivery: the time and date that the goods need to be delivered by.
